Let me ask you a question.
You say you are against abortions. In all cases? Would you want to abort these children? Ok, and you say you are for abortions. Would you abort these babies?
1) A woman is pregnant, she and her fiancé have not had sex yet. She loves him very much, and knows he may not understand. Her parents told her proper women waited till they were married to get pregnant. She could lose her family, friends and fiancé. Would you abort this child?
2) A horrific rape has taken place. A 13-year-old black girl has lost her innocence to a white man. On to of this, she became pregnant as a result. She is left bruised and battered, not including the nightmares. If you were her family, would you recommend an abortion?
3) The father is a horrible drunk, and very abusive. The mother had Tuberculosis. The doctors said there is not much hope for any children they have. The first one born only lived 6 days. The doctors say any ailment may occur from blindness and deafness to having TB, or even a high chance of death. What would you do?
4) A preacher and his wife are living in extreme poverty. They have 14 children and she is pregnant with number 15. There are people mad at them, threatening them, harming their animals, and ruining their crops. They barely have enough to get by as it is. Would you think it is Ok, in this situation?
5) A housewife has 2 children. Her husband is a nasty drunk. She has had a couple miscarriages, and a stillborn. She finds out she is pregnant again. The second child had some problems, including severe asthma and seizures. They can’t really afford another child, and the doctor says there could be some complications. Do you think she would be right to get an abortion?
If you answered YES to these situations, let me tell you who you aborted.
-In the first case, you murdered Jesus Christ, a man who died to save you and I.
-In the second case, you murdered Ethel Waters, a woman who has blessed us with great gospel music.
-In the third case, you murdered Beethoven, The great pianist.
-In the forth case, you murdered John Wesley, the founder of Methodism.
-In the fifth case, you killed ME. I would appreciate you not playing GOD with my life. I deserve to live, just as much as you do. (My dad no longer drinks, and hasn't for over 20 years. My brother out grew the asthma and seizures, and has a family of his own. I did almost die, and had Jaundice. Mom had to leave me at the hospital a few weeks, but she says I am her miracle child. I am glad my mother was not a murderer, and gave me the chance to live.)
