Pressed Apple and Oatmeal Cookies

Oven Degrees: 350F
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups Oatmeal
1 shredded peeled Apple
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Table Salt
1 tablespoon Molasses
3 tablespoon Water

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl.  Shape into balles so they do not fall apart.  Place close together on cookie sheet or press into flat shapes.  Bake for 15 minutes, or till brown on the bottom.
Molasses Cookies

Oven Degrees: 325F
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
4 cups Rolled Oats(you may need more)
3/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 Apple, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
In large bowl put oats and then add the rest of the ingredients.  Mix well.  Let the misture sit for a couple minutes.  If it is runny or really dark and sticky add more oats.  If it is dry and the oats are not totally covered then add a little more molasses or honey.  When adding more of the ingrediends only add a little bit at a time and mix it in.  Spoon onto the cookie sheet that is greased or covered in tinfoil.  Bake them for 20 minutes and then let them cool, they will get hard.
Coals's Peppermint Treats

Oven Degrees: 400F

Ingredients:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Wheat Germ Oil
1 cup Water
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Apple, peeled
2 large Carrots, finely chopped
2/3 cup Dark Molasses
10 Peppermints, crushed

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  mix ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl and bake until cristy and dry.  Horse love 'em and so do humans!!

Oven Degrees: 400F
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 Carrots, shredded
1 Apple, shredded
1/3 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Bran
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Regular Oatmeal
2 tablespoons Salt

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, should be thick and doughy.  Add more bran if needed.  Press onto a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 mintues.  Cut in bite-size peaces while still warm.
Oat Carrot Cookie

Oven Degrees: 350F
Cooking Time: 18 minutes

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup White Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Uncooked Regular Quaker Oatmeal

Liquid Ingredients:
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup of Applesauce
1/4 cup Molasses

1 1/2 cup Grated Carrots

Instructions:
In large bowl mix all Dry Ingredients, then mix in Liquid Ingredients.  Mix well, then add the carrots and stir until the mix is moistened somewhat.  Do not grease the cookie sheet.  Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
Sunday Cookies

Oven Degrees: 350F
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup Dry Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
1 cup shredded Carrots
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Corn Oil
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Molasses

Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl in the order listed.  Make small balls and place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.  Back at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.  Makes about 3 dozen.
Apple Cookies

Oven Degrees: 350F
Cooking Time: 14 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Bran
1 cup Apples, diced
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 cups Dry Oatmeal
2 Eggs

Instructions:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs.  Combine flour, bran and baking soda.  Blend into the creamed mixture.  Stir in oats, carrots, and apples.  Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes, or until lightly browned.  Remove and cool.  Makes about 4 dozen.
Oatmeal Molasses Cookies

Oven Degrees: 350F
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups Dry Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
1 Egg
1/2 cup Carrots, grated
2 tablespoons Molasses
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients.  Add enough water to make a soft dough.  Form into small balls and slightly flatten.  Bake them at 350 for 15 mintues.  Let cool.  Makes about 3 dozen.
Baked Apples

Oven Degrees: 365F
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Apple, cut in half
2 tablespoons Molasses
Brown Sugar

Instruction:
Put the apples on a cookie sheet.  Spoon 1 tablespoon molasses onto the apple centers.  Sprinkle with brown sugar.  Bake them for 5 minutes at 365 degrees and let cool.
Judge's Apple Muffins

Oven Degrees: 400F
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:
1up Flour
1 cup Wheat Germ
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
2/3 cup Milk
1/4 cup Corn Oil
1 cup Apples, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease muffin tins and set aside.  In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together and set aside.  In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients thoroughly, including apples.  Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.  Mix until everything is well moistened.  Scoop into muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes.  Serve cool to horses and warm to humans.  From Horselss Horse Treats
