The Northern Guild Quest Hallmark of Muffin Boy's Life A True Warriror's Tale

It all started on Muffin's sixth Fighter's Guild mission. He was sent to kill a band of brigands hiding in a cave far to the north. Muffin made the long voyage by ship and took the long hike to the cave he sought. Upon entering he was immediately set upon by a brigand scout....who ripped Muffin to shreds. Again. And again....and again.....so finally Muffin walked in for a twenty-second time and decided to run past the scout. Why? Not even Muffin knows. Not too far into the cave Muffin came upon a small dock structure leading into an underground lake. Muffin dived into the water and swam deep into the lake, coming out in a small chasm within the cave to get air. After piddling around in the water a bit, Muffin decided to face his fate and swim back to where he had left the brigand. Diving back underwater Muffin headed for the dock, but on his way came upon the drowned corpse of the scout! He had nearly reached me before he died!

This is a shot of the dock Muffin leaped off of to escape the brigand scout, who then drowned insanely trying to kill Muffin. And so he devised his master strategy. One by one Muffin Boy lured all 10 brigands into the lake, came up into the chasm for air, then swam back down and delighted in a new corpse added to the pile. MISSON ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's difficult to tell due to the darkness and the shroud of water, but if you look closely you can see the floating bodies of Muffin's victims. Actually seven bodies are pictured here, though you can only see two or three.
