De Cirkel van AEG was een populair armatuur in de jaren zeventig. Hij was vooral te vinden in woonerven. Veel van deze zijn allang weer vervangen en is nu moeilijk nog te vinden op palen. Het armatuur was voor HPL-N lampen. De Cirkel  of AEG was a popular lantern during the 70ties in the Netherlands. It was easy to find in housing districts with restricted motorised roads. A lot of them are now replaced and hard to find on posts. The lantern is for HPL-N lamps (MBF/U). Cirkel is dutch for circle.
