Strafford Lodge Number 608 received its Charter from the Grand Lodge in 1910. The first Worshipful Master was Jesse J. Foster, from September 1910 to September 1911. The land that the lodge is built on was donated by WB Joe Potter, who was the Master from September 1941 to September 1943. The Lodge is located on Chestnut Street in Strafford, Missouri. Strafford has the charm of a small city, yet close enough to Springfield to enjoy the conveniences of a big city. Strafford is a great place to raise a family, and the Indians are still the best team in the area. So, if you want to visit our lodge, stop and share a moment with us on the first Thursday of each month. The brethern are great, and the meal is free. |
