Then Take a Left...
    A trio based out of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, bringin fodder for your soul.
    ERic Sykes plays "Cecillia" (Aspire bongos), harmonica and spoons. Cameron Barker plays "Lucy" (Martin Acous. Elec., and elec. Gibson paul jr.), Tom Harris plays Elmo (trash cans, wrenches, and whatever the hell makes a smooth tune). On occasions friends will join with us on all afternoon and late nite jam sessions playing guitar, spoons, and banjo.
    String Cheese Incident, Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, Phish, M/M/W, Grateful Dead, Jim Morrison(The Doors), Pink Floyd, and Bob Marley are our inspiring musicians. We havent ever recorded our work, it changes daily and we haven't really ever set up a gig b/c managers aren't so sure about letting a trio with this genre play.
     Our name comes from a journey (we take many of them...we like road trips) when we happend to go to Schlotsky's Deli (our fav.). Tom, being, well, TOM, ahh...shit...forget about it...WE KNOW WHAT THE NAME MEANS...We leave it to y'all to use your imagination.
    Pictures of our "band" will be posted soon. Keep posted for tour dates though. Cameron, Eric, Tom, Michael Lilley, and Someone Else, will be playing in small gigs starting mid-summer. We will consist of, bongos, banjo, acoustic guitar, and harmonica, and a couple of surprises. Eric says, "we will throw no dice". and Tom says,"what dice? what the hell are you talking about?"

SIDE PROJECTS:
~~~As of now Cameron also plays with Robert Ferguson in an "acoustic duel". The duel is nameless as of now, but soon they hope to pick up a drummer.
~~~Eric plays in many drum circles and is joining a somewhat local (get this) percussion jam session.
~~~ A possible collaboration with Mike M. from California
