During the month of October, five students from UCFV conducted a stream survey of Kilgard Creek just outside the city of Abbotsford in British Columbia Canada. The students studied a portion of the stream making note of the conditions of the stream. The students studied the types of plants that grew along the stream, temperatur of air and water, types of minerals in the water, geology of the stream and the amount of garbage in and around the stream.
