Technology Invulnerability/Energy Tanker (deleted from Infinity server)
Nobody knows where the robot called the EDB came from. Some speculate that it is from outer space, some think that it is some sort of advanced Clockwork, and others suspect that it was created by a human robotics genius. But the EDB isn't telling.
All anyone really knows about it is that its armor is as tough as battleship plate, its punches knock foes out with some sort of energy that has yet to be identified by science, battling "misbehavior" seems to be hardwired into its circuitry, and it is known to bellow, at random times, disturbing phrases like "EDB HUNGRY!" and "YOU FEEL ITS EYES UPON YOU!" Whether it actually eats anyone for misbehavior is a topic open to debate...
The EDB vanished several months back. Some suspect that it was destroyed by evil forces. But there are rumors of hidden, dark tunnels, far below the sewers of Paragon City, where the Vazhilok and Circle of Thorns whisper of a green metal monster with a boundless appetite for evildoers...
