We spent the next day in Tokyo! It was a BEAUTIFUL day. We visited Ueno Park first, to see the cherry trees, since they were starting to bloom! |

These are just some of the things we saw that morning. (: We prayed at a small shrine, and saw people setting up spots on the paths for 'picnicing' that night! |

I hear the best view of Tokyo is from the Metropolitan Office Buildings (I went there with Jeremy) so I wanted to take mom and Robin there, too. They are in Shinjuku, one of the biggest areas in Tokyo! These shots below are from the pedestrian bridge in front of the Shinjuku train station. (: |

And here is the Met Building itself. We got a great view of Tokyo, but it was way too cloudy to see Mt. Fuji! ): Oh well... |

Then we went to the Tokyo Station (right) to see it, and the Imperial Palace. The Emperor lives there, I think, but people aren't allowed inside the gate. It was quite pretty to walk around and see, though. (: |

These are some of the pictures I got at the Imperial Palace. It wasn't that exciting, but it was quite pretty. (: Now we can say we've been to the Emperor's house. |

After this, we caught our one-hour train ride back to Numazu and they FINALLY got to see my teeny little apartment. (: It was cozy, but we all slept REALLY well. (: |
