Who says sunflowers must always be yellow was my very first quilt. It is hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted. Finished in November, l994.

Amish Fans is hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted. I used metallic threads for the quilting on the border and in the middle. No, the fabrics are not hand dyed. It is the second quilt that I ever made. It took me about a year to make it and it was finished in October, l995.

Exchangable Stars is of stars exchanged among the members of the Jerusalem group of the Israel Quilter's Association. It is machine pieced and machine tacked.

Log Cabin Pinwheel was finished just in time for my son Yonatan's birthday in June, l997. It had been started two and one half years earlier!

Virginia Reel made from Jackie Robinson's Tessellations book, was made for my son Elimelech in December, l997.

Shifra's Quilt was made after Shifra's Bat Mitzvah. We had a party for all her friends and each one was given a white square of fabric to color and write a message on.

Double Pinwheel was made of blocks from an internet swap. It was a gift for the birth of my niece Kaylie.

Hidden Wells is a tablecloth made to fit my dining room table. It's a Mary Ellen Hopkins pattern.

Chanukah Menorah This wallhanging was finished the day of the first night of Chanukah, l998. The flames are removable, to be added one at a time each night of the holiday.

Daniele's Quilt When my friend Daniele, a member of my Jerusalem quilt group, was leaving to return to France, the group presented her with this friendship quilt top. I made the center, Tree of Life, block. Our friend Yemima put the top together.

Garden of Love is a friendship quilt made in l998 for a member of my small on-line quilt group, to show our support during a very difficult period of illnesses. The superb, professional quilting was done by our member Bonnie.
