General conditions
 
          Rental price and payment:

          Payment can be made in EUR, British Pound, Danish Krone or USD.
          An e-mail or fax receipt is provided once payment has been made.

          Arrival and departure time:

          Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
          Arrival time is between 1 pm and 9 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please
          contact us for special arrangements.
          Departure time is 10 am (we have to clean the apartment before our next
          guests arrive).

          *Cancellation*

          Full refund is possible up to one month prior to arrival. Notification of
          cancellation must be made by e-mail or fax. No telephone cancellation.

           Security deposit:

          A cash payment equal to 50% of the rental is required upon handing over of
          the keys and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
          Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
          An incoming inventory will be agreed upon handing over the keys.

          Additional expenses:

          We do not charge any additional cleaning expenses at the end of your stay
          provided you leave the apartment in reasonably clean condition.
          Water and electricity consumption (there are separate meters) are deducted
          from the deposit at the rate of :
          -Water: 10 EUR per Week.
          -Electricity: 0,25 EUR per kwh.

          RESERVATION:

          To confirm a reservation :
          1. Click the appropriate box in "rates & availability" and let us know about your needs.
          2. After we confirm the availability of the apartment make a bank transfer
          (EUR, other EU currency or USD) or payment via www.paypal.com .
          3. Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation message will be sent to you.

(*): If you decide to cancel and then-a few days later- you change your mind and decide to keep the apartment : the delay for a second cancellation is changed to "2 months". That means that after going through a "first cancellation request"; a full refund is only possible up to 2 months prior to arrival.
