Aloha Chip The annual Girl Scout Cookie Sale is off and running! Sales should have started on Friday, Jan. 5th.

The Service Unit Cookie Team is glad to help with any questions that you may have.

The team is divided up into five different positions:

Form Distribution and Order Collection

If you need more forms, please send an email to Nancy Debnam or call ahead and Nancy will leave the forms either between the front doors or in a box next to the front door by 6:30 on the same evening.


Samoa Delivery and Distribution

Currently there is no information about the actual delivery date. We only know that Cookies will be delivered the week of Feb 26 - Mar 2. As soon as more information becomes available, we will let you know.

We will be doing sign-ups for delivery times some time in the second week of February. Our Delivery and Distribution Team will be calling TCM's and sign up sheets will be available at the February Service Unit meeting.


Deposit Slip Collection and Money Matters

Deposit slips, tips for managing cookie money, and directions for deposit slip drop off will be distributed with the initial cookie delivery. If you have not selected a bank, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may arrange for deposit tickets for you.

Q: Where can I get more cookie order forms?
A: Call or Email Nancy and arrange to pick up extras.

Q:Where can I find the NC-3 form of the deposit tickets?
A: The NC-3 form and deposit tickets will be distributed with your initial cookie delivery.

Q: What is a cookie depot?
A: A cookie depot is a location where a troop can get additional cookies. Information about cookie depot locations and contact information will be distributed with the initial cookie delivery. Please refer to page 28 in your TCM plan book for more information on cookie depots. Initial Orders may not be filled from a cookie depot!

Important Dates

January 5 Cookie Sale Begins
January 26 All cookie order forms should be collected from the girls
January 27 Initial Troop Cookie Order Due
Please turn in your initial cookie orders (T-2A) and Incentive Estimates (NC-9) to Nancy Debnam. No order forms will be accepted after January 29th at 8:00 p.m..
April 6 All Deposit Slips (pink copies), Troop Awards Summary (NC-10), TCM Evaluations (NC-14 Found in the Back of your TCM Plan Book), and if necessary Parent Delinquency Reports are to be turned in no later than April 6. If you are planning to be away for Spring Break, please make sure that you have turned in your paperwork before you leave.
