| In celebration of the Dumaguete fiesta on November, two local artists and photographers -- the Dumaguete-based film documentarian John Stevenson and the painter and caricaturist Hersley Ven Casero -- will exhibit a contrasting view of the City of Gentle People, in both vibrant color and in noirish black and white, bracketing the whole spectrum of the Dumaguete experience, from lightness to darkness. |
