Dorrie's Chocolate Tiffins



8 oz Digestive Biscuits
1/2 cup butter
3 level tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate
6 ounces raisins or nuts
6 ounces sweetened cooking chocolate


Line a square cake tin with foil and grease lightly. Crush the Digestives till fine. Melt butter and syrup in microwave. Place crushed Digestives in a bowl, add drinking chocolate, raisins, butter and  corn syrup and mix well.


Place mixture in tin and press down well. Leave in fridge for 1 hour. Cover with cooking chocolate.
