Japanese Chicken wings

3 pounds chicken wings
1 beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
3 tblsp soy sauce
3 tblsp water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp salt

Cut wings in half.


Dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour.


Fry in butter until deep brown and crisp.


Put in shallow roasting pan and pour Sauce over Wings.

Sauce:

Mix together soy sauce, water, white sugar, vinegar, seasoned salt and salt


Bake at 350F for ½ hour. Spoon sauce over wings during cooking.
