Yorkshire Pudding

1/4 cup

hot drippings from roast

1

egg, well beaten

½ cup

milk

½ cup

flour

1/4 teaspoon

salt

Divide drippings among 6 large muffin tins.


Beat egg and milk together until light. Gradually beat in flour and salt, and continue beating until batter is smooth.


Pour into Muffin tins and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 450F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6.
