Central Alabama Power Exchange

CAPE, Central Alabama Power Exchange, is a pansexual, alternative lifestyle group located in Montgomery, Alabama, with particular interests in B D S M and D/s and are dedicated to Safe, Sane and Consensual aspects of the lifestyle.

CAPE provides: Bi-weekly munches, monthly demonstrations, quarterly workshops and a yearly Leather Event.
The Red Chair (TRC) is a social group that concentrates on providing information, education and dungeon parties. TRC is a place for people to talk, learn and play with confidentiality about alternative lifestyles within consenting adult sexual relationships. TRC is a pansexual group that does not discriminate on the basis of gender, orientation, race or fetish. TRC includes but not limited to D/S (Dominance and Submission), B/D (Bondage and Discipline), and S/M (Sadism and Masochism). TRC is NOT a sex club and does not provide partners for people. TRC is a non-profit group.

There are three types of functions that TRC hosts. They include a coffee social, education seminars, and dungeon parties. ALAFF (A Loose Association of Fetish Friends) is a subgroup of TRC. This group provides the weekly coffee social. It is a very relaxed environment with no planned agenda. Education Seminars are held once a month on the afternoon of the Dungeon Parties. Dungeon Parties are held once a month on the evening following the Education Seminars.

They meet the third Saturday of each month in Metro Birmingham, AL. New members who have a sincere interest in this lifestyle are welcome.
North Alabama Power Exchange (NAPEX) ... a community in North Alabama providing support and education and a forum for conversation and social interaction with weekly coffees, along with other events.

They welcome all levels of interest and experience and are open minded and pansexual, not limiting themselves to one *mindset* but accepting of ALL. Tolerance of everyone no matter their lifestyle is expected. ALL are welcome.

NAPEX's weekly coffee meetings are a great opportunity for members to discuss a wide range of topics. They are informal get togethers to help keep a strong sense of community.

North Alabama Spanking and Social Alternatives (NASSA) holds a munch on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Demo's of one kind or another are usually given at this time, to help educate the members on a variety of topics. This is a great time to exchange ideas, and become better acquainted with others in the community.

The meetings and coffee's for both groups are held in Huntsville and/or Madison.
The "Alabama Group With No Name" has merged with other groups in the Alabama area. The groups for nothern Alabama are NASSA (North Alabama Spanking and Social Alternatives) and the other group is NAPEX (North Alabama Power Exchange)
SABLE is a pan-sexual support and play group in South Alabama. They welcome all who have an interest in the BDSM realms and strive to create a safe place in which everyone feels welcome no matter what their particular fetish is. They ask only that you play within the realm of Safe, Sane and Consensual.
South East Alabama Alternative Lifestyles is a pansexual group open to all those interested in or participating in a D/s or BDSM related lifestyle.
North Alabama Spanking and Social Alternative (NASSA) is a pansexual organization providing education and support for members of the BDSM Community in North Alabama. We have once a month "Munch" with workshops and demonstrations for the sole purpose of educating the community. The workshops and demonstrations are on a wide variety of topics, and are the perfect opportunity for members to ask questions and learn about different aspects of the lifestyle. After the Munch, there is time for socializing so that all may get to know one another and exchange ideas. We offer a safe place for people to come together and learn and grow in this lifestyle.
