A 90 ton clamping force, 9.9 in³ injection capacity, toggle type injection molding machine, manufactured by TOYO, is the workhorse for PPI. This machine has been upgraded to monitor the power consumption during injection molding. The machine can operate on automatic mode or semi continuous mode. Custom designed molds could be mounted on the machine for trial run.
