A portion of the above group of would-be sea-dogs during the 1922-23 session,

aboard what was then an above-water vessel, dropped anchor and formed themselves

into a salty organization called "The ........................................"(censored.)  This hull

with thirteen decks and a straw bottom has then since been converted into a regular

submarine known as the Sub - T - 16............
