| Hello fellow soap fans. I have been meaning to write a note to you all concerning the state of CCDSlideshowsExtreme. As you may have noticed there is no new material up. I would like to explain why. As alot of you may remember this site began as a Billy and Mac site (Primarily). We were happy when we were able to extend our site to some of the other Y&R storylines. Over the years my sister, neice, and I have had so much fun with this site and all of you! A few years ago my sister was no longer able to help with the site, so I began keeping it up by myself. I think that led to a little burn-out. But mainly I'm just plain not into any of the storylines right now. To be completly honest I was astonished at Y&R's decision to let Camryn Grimes go. I did not agree with their decision and I have been very dissapointed with the show. I understand that it is a Soap Opera and that's what Soap Operas do. But that does not change how I feel. I have to say however, that The Young and the Restless is a class act and top notch programming. I just happen to have a difference of opinion right now. CCD's Future Right now my plan is to keep CCDSlideshowsExtreme up and running as a tribute site. My wish is that Y&R fans still pay us a visit and relive some Y&R memories from the years 2000 thru 2005.
