Elf's Kalediscope Frame

 

 

For this frame you need:

Paint Shop Pro

Super Blade Pro (goldgold preset)

 

Let's get started!

 

1. Open your picture you want to frame in PSP. I used this one.

(Isn't she pretty?)

2. Set your background color to white.

 

3. Go to Image-Add Border and add a 3 pixel border.

4. Select border with your magic wand.

5. Go to Effects - Plug Ins - Flaming Pear - Super Blade Pro and choose the goldgold preset or another gold that you like.

6. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel and use the FRAME preset. Click OK.

7. Select NONE.

Go to Image - Add Borders and add a 10 pixel border this time.

Select with magic wand.

Go to Effects - Artistic Effects - Topography. And use the default settings or play with them to get something you like..

Keep Selected.

Go to Effects - Textures - Mosaic Antique Glass

Using these settings.

Go to Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel with the FRAME setting.

Selections - Select NONE.

Go to Image - Add Borders and add 3 pixel border - Select with Magic Wand.

Use goldgold from Super Blade Pro again and Inner Bevel.

Select NONE.

Go to Image - Add Borders and add a 20 pixel border this time. Select with magic wand.

Flood fill with picture again.

Go to Effects - Reflection - Kaledoscope

Use these setting

Add your frame Inner Bevel and this time the frame Outer bevel.

Select none.

Add a 5 pixel border. Select and use Super Blade Pro goldgold on it and the Inner Frame Bevel.

 

Now you have your finished frame just like the one at the top of this page.

 

I hope you like this tutorial. If I get brave enough, I just might do some more. hehehe
