Breakfast Muffin
Quantity/Servings: 
12 servings 1 muffin per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup unbleached white flour
1 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup raisins
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients except oats. Set aside. Beat yogurt and molasses
until smooth then
add to dry ingredients and add oats and raisins. Let stand for 20 mins.
Grease 12 muffin cups
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
