Chicken Gravy
Quantity/Servings:     Serves 16 (1 tablespoon)
Ingredients:
1 cup Low Sodium chicken broth
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation:
Makes 1 cup!

Warm chicken broth in saucepan over medium heat.  Place flour and milk in small bowl and whisk until smooth.  Gradually stir in milk mixture into chicken broth.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.  Add pepper, reduce heat, and continue simmering, stirring, 5 minutes longer.
