CHicken In Tomato Wine Sauce
Quantity/Servings:     Serves 4
Ingredients:
1- 2 1/2 pound to 3 pound chicken cut into serving pieces, and skinned
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 8 oz can No Salt Added tomatoe sauce
1 cup hot water
1/2 tsp pepper
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
Preparation:
Rinse chicken and pat dry.  Place all ingredients, except mushrooms and wine in a pot over medium high heat.  Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.  Add mushrooms and wine, and cook 5 minutes more.
