Creamy Chef's Dressing
Quantity/Servings:  1 Tablespoon
Ingredients:
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 small white onion, minced
1 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 Tablespoon minced chives
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Keep covered and refrigerate.
