Hummus Dip
Quantity/Servings:     Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
2 lemons, juices
1 (6 ounce) can chickpeas
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of paprika
Preparation:
Peel and chop garlic and squeeze juice from lemon. Put everything except paprika in blender until smooth. Add a little water if needed. Pour on to a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serve as a dip with pita pockets.
Bake: No Bake
