Festive Spinach Dip
Quantity/Servings:     Serves 12
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup reduced calories margerine
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
Preparation:
Choped spinach finely. Mix all ingredients together, cover and chill. Serve with whole wheat crackers or crisp vegetable sticks.
Bake: No Bake ............... Chill
