White Chicken Chili
Quantity/Servings:    1/2 of pan
Ingredients:
1- 15oz can Northern beans
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cups cooked chicken
oregano to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1- 13 3/4oz no salt added chicken broth
1- 4 oz jar chopped chilies
3/4 cup tomatoes
Preparation:
Mash 1/2 cup beans and set aside.  Spary large frying pan with spray oil.  Put on medium heat until hot.  Add onion and garlic, saute until tender.  Stir in mashed beans, whole beans, and chicken broth.  Add rest of ingredients, but set aside tomatoes.  Boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.  Stir in tomatoes and cook an additional 3 minutes.
