
Tom Reede and Emma Deese were married September 10,
1916 in Weavers Chapel, Stephens County, Oklahoma.
They brought up their children in Oklahoma where he worked
for Pure Oil. They went from field to field, town to town.
At the outbread of World War II they moved to Hartford,
Connecticut and they both worked at Hartford Hospital.
When they retired they moved to California for a short while
and then back to Connecticut to live with their daughter Ruth's
family in Glastonbury.
Grandpa died in 1962 and Grandma died in 1990 and they were buried near the Andrews in West Stafford, CT.

This is the only known photograph of all four children, here with their father
and Aunt Nettie.
The Reedes, everybody together in Glastonbury, CT, probably taken
around 1950.
