Our kennel overlooks beautiful fields and Oak knobs. Our newfies have the pleasures of the farm & enjoy seeing our cattle & poultry. We are located in Southern Indiana.

on hips/SAS hearts. Our breedings are carefully planned as we like to keep back offspring that we have
raised and then later breed to well known Champions by Artificial Insemination or what is called AI.
Sugar Bear breeds only from Showable Quality newfies that are a good representation of the breed.
All of dogs are are loved and nurtured in the company of our children.
Shipping is available, however it would be nice to meet our prospective puppy
customers in person! Private small area airports are available for landing in
Sellersburg, IN along with a major airport in Louisville, KY.
a problem around our Newfoundlands. The newfies pretty
much accept the company of the livestock & quite often they
touch noses! There are different types of barks that are
heard from our newfies. One where the newfies are excited
and are playing with each other & then there is another
bark heard when there is an intruder such as a stray dog or a stray cat has entered into the area. Another type of bark alerts us if there is a visitor. Our newfies do bark on an occassion, but are rather quiet otherwise. They rarely cry wolf so to speak!! .
