Much as I love Jennifer Lopez I have to say this film was a bad move for her career. First off, the trailers for this movie are absolutely misleading. They totally make it out to look like a thriller, when in reality, it's just another love story. The basic story line is decent, but when you know what the end of the movie is going to be by the second scene, the remainder of it is pointless. Catch, James Caviezel's character is creepy at best. Throughout the movie, there are hints at some sort of supernatural element to him, but as you see by the conclusion of the movie, he's just another freak. Sharon, Jennifer Lopez, is a ballsy, tomboyish chicago cop, who for some reason or another, takes 2/3's of the movie to realize that Catch is a guy who's life she saved the previous year. Unless you are still standing in line for popcorn and miss the opening scene, the end will be clear to you by the end of the second scene. I give this movie 2 stars...and those are thanks to Jennifer and her ass.
