I have added this page at the request of others. I have been contacted by a few people wondering if we accept donations since they saw no mention of it on my web pages.
Yes we gladly accept donations. We greatly appreciate your generosity. We are always in need of items for the Sugar Glider rescues and owner turn in Gliders. You can't imagine how many items we go through and are in constant need of. We have no other funding other than what I pay for myself and the small adoption donation fee we ask per Glider adopted out. Again thank you for helping us.
EXPENSES ARE:
Vet bills such as spaying or neutering, illnesses.
Food.
Toys and cages.
Money for building to house the rescues. Estimated cost is $20,000. We hope to start and complete this building the summer of 2002.
Long distance phone calls.
Office supplies
Education materials.
Table rentals at animal rescue education expos and seminars. We attend to help educate the public on owning and proper caring of Sugar Gliders.
