Intro Children are a beautiful Gift from God. They are a lot of fun to play with teach and watch grow up, although it brings tears to our eyes to watch them go away to college, etc., but to know that you put some impact on their lives is more rewarding than a pot of gold. |
Our family Here is Our family! The four of us have a lot of fun together. We do mystery trips a couple times a week, watch movies together, we eat together, we pray together and play together. There is nothing more saticefying than seeing your children grow together in a family environment and atmosphere. Now that we have added our pet, I am sure this will be an exciting addition to our family circle we so much enjoy! Jimmy celbrate's his birthday on December 3rd, I celebrate my birthday on February 14th, Andre Celebrates his birthday on February 5th and Hannah celebrates hers on September 9th. Birthdays and holidays are a big deal to us. That means expanded family time with celebrations, food and fun!. We aren't the ordinary parents. Each night when Jimmy comes home from work, he kisses me and asks what is on the agenda for this evening? If I have a mystery trip, we discuss, and if not, he suggests. Our mystery trip can be anything from the toy store, dollar store, the park, an attraction, the mall, IMAX or The Star Theatre, ceasarland or Chuck E. Cheese and anything fun that will be enjoyable for the entire family to play, interact and just be together. If we choose to not have a mystery trip it is an evening of Bones/Dominoes, Monopoly Jr., Twister or Candyland, if not Barbies or Matchbox cars, coloring or painting. There is always something fun in the Papin & Coulter House! |

My Experience Currently I am not Licensed, was a licensed daycare provider for over 2 1/2 years. I am preparing the paper work which should be completed soon, I enjoyed being a provider, but I had to take a break while I encountered what I call a CIRCUS DIVORCE. Now this year I am back and more ready than ever to start all over again in 2002, caring for children as I did then, but with a better program than ever through research, better equipment and frame of mind. I was also a Nanny for a wealthy family for three years which I enjoyed dearly and hated to part with that family because they were all wonderful, the children and the parents. I also worked for a corporate daycare whichinitially got me started in the business while attending college. I took care of the three and four year olds and later began lead in their LatchKey program which I thoroughly enjoyed. In college I studied child psychology, socialogy, philosophy, business management and culinary arts. I ended up getting my degree in Culinary arts. I found my nitch after 100+ credits and changing career choices. Although I love children and I find them to be fun and unique, I also love to cook. Having my own business has always been my desire, and with the daycare I can have my cake and eat it too! |
