hiroikki

These are my friends Hiroko & Ikki who I met in AOL chat. I actually knew both of them from before they actually started dating- I was pretty surprised later when they hooked up! I swear, it's such a small world!!

Both of them came to Cali when they were really young so they both speak perfect English & Japanese. Hiroko is currently going to UC Irvine and Ikki is about to graduate from CSU Long Beach. Let me give you a little background as to why I think they're both so talented.

Not only can Hiroko play the flute, but she also plays the piano, piccolo, and saxaphone. She even played the sax for the opening ceremonies of the 2000 Olympics!! Amazing! Besides music, Hiroko is also athletic and enjoys playing tenis and going dancing as well.

As for Ikki, he packs a lotta talent too!! He plays the drums and has an excellent singing voice as well. He marched snare for the drum core "Velvet Knights," and he used to teach highschool marching band! In fact, his class got 2nd place in the world in percussion! I kid you not!! Damn good teacher!!

Put these two together and you have one talented couple. They even put out their own CD entitled "Neon Tetra." They were part of a band and Ikki did drums and vocals, and Hiroko played the flute. I really hope I'll get to hear them play live some day! They are really fun and nice people to kick it with, and I'm glad I met them both!
