| Wow, I'm glad you decided to read more about me. :-) First I'll say that I love God with all my heart. I fully intend to live the rest of my life for Him. It's my prayer that when people see me, they see Jesus in me! My name is Ashley Michele, and I was born in Wyoming. Mom and Dad moved our family to Oregon when I was two. Thank God! Cold winters do NOT agree with me! :-P I'm petite and have blonde hair and blue eyes. I'm 24 and single. Is there a handsome, Christian man out there who wants to help change my status from "single" to "taken"? I'm accepting applications! ;-) I'm thoroughly girly. I like wearing long, ruffled skirts and flowers in my hair. Fun purses are great, and cute shoes are a must! My favorite color is purple, although I wear a lot more pink. My hobbies include shopping, cooking, chatting online, reading, and listening to great music. I have a unique personality. Some people think I'm quiet, some think I'm talkative, some think I'm serious, and some think I'm crazy! I have quite a sense of humor, although It's not the goofy kind some people have. My brand of humor is much more dry, often accompanied by the rolling of my eyes. My family consists of Mom, Dad, me, and Kraig, my 21-year-old brother. However, Kraig's getting married October 11, 2008! Very soon I'll have a sister-in-law! I get my curiosity from Mom and my stubbornness (the good kind, of course...hehe) from Dad. I get lots of teasing from Kraig. *eye roll* I don't get much from Tiffany, since she is usually too busy talking to my brother to pay any attention to me! ;-) There are some amazing people who have been a part of my life. I've already mentioned my family, but I need to mention others. Elder and Sis. L. N. Murphy, and Pastor and Sis. Les Murphy have provided great leadership and wise counsel. I'm blessed to have them in my life! Carol has been my friend for as long as I can remember. We've been through a lot together, and I'm sure we'll always be friends. Someday I want her to be my matron of honor. I can't think of anyone more deserving! Chris is probably the friend I'm closest to. When I was in the most horrible time of my life, God knew I needed an amazing friend and allowed Chris and I to start talking. We were friends before that, but it wasn't until those difficult times that we really became close. I definitely think I would have lost my sanity by now if it weren't for him! Dan and I don't get to really talk anymore, but he's another person who was a friend when I needed one the most. He's the one I called on the most devastating, heartbreaking morning of my life. He was at work, but he still let me talk and cry on the phone with him for over an hour. Dan, if you're reading this, I want you to know that I'll never forget that. Thank you so much for being there! Other special friends I want to mention are Shayla, Joel, Briana, Andy, Aaron, Tiffany, ReDana, Leah, Summer, Kari, Keri, and Dan P. Thank you all for the part you've had in my life! I've heard so much preaching that has changed my life. Some of the men whose messages have impacted my life are Elder Murphy, Pastor Murphy, Sam Emory, Don Stewart, Jonathan Alvear, Ron Townley, Doug White, Ken Gurly, Scott Graham, Crawford Coon, David Norris, and Steve Pixler. And Kraig! :-) I know there are others I could add to this list, and I probably will later. :-) So, now you know a little bit more about me.
