When I first created this page it was indiscriminately littered with bulky and useless graphics. Although visually appealing they serve no practical purpose. People with a fast line (and an impractical bend of mind) would want to continue without further ado. However the more gumptious of us with precious little time may prefer the skeleton version. Personally I would recommend the former. I must also warn that some of the links will not lead you anywhere for the page is far from completed, only enough to warrant a visit.
Note : I personally feel explorer is a rotten browser. But that is not the only reason why this page might not function properly on it.
