GENERALISM | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Religion of Raijon | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
A Religion that was given to the angels back in the ages of Aria. The Religion was known as Kesaphism at that time. Its doctorines were practiced in the Glass Temple, based on the morality of love, kindness, selflessness, and spirituality. When the angels fell, the religion was adopted into the world of men. It was renamed Generalism, and throughout time it has inherited the foundation of the scriptures known as the Tempus. The sacred seal (shown above) is engraved on the cover of every holy book, and it as called the Kesaphist, which otherwise means Mother in the Angelic language. Through the Tempus, the Priestesses have been able to teach the people about Raijon and her laws of happiness. Each Sabbath, which takes place every nine days, those of the faith are able to wash their sins clean by the passing of the bowl of life. The bowl is filled with water and blessed by the Priestess of the Temple and is then passed to each member, allowing them to dip their hands into the water and "wash their hands" of their sins for the past nine days. In the balance, the Tempus warns its people of the wicked influence of Adimus, the enemy to mankind. He is one not to be underestimated, for within his evil lays unimaginable cleverness. He is the tempter of hearts, and his wickedness will inevitably bring the darkest days over the face of Nimbus. The Tempus, the foundation of Generalism, contains twelve books written by the High Priestesses of Raijon. Note: In the second Age of Nimbus, the lost book containing the account of Saphrediem was uncovered.
