Ř         “I am a Sumner County resident and agree there should be laws to govern towing costs and practices. Not everyone in Sumner County is not in the country music business or a highly paid executive that drives into Nashville every day to work or a home town medical or dental practice or small business owner; some of us are office workers that drive into Nashville every day or a city/county local office worker and not highly paid. It’s a shame to take advantage of those with limited incomes and increase daily fees that end up exceeding the value of the vehicle they towed.–via email

Ř         On Tuesday July 25th, one of the owners called the 17 year old son, whose car had been towed.  He told him that “that lady is wasting her time with the website,”  “that lady is disrespectful,” and “that lady is slandering our company.”  He told the boy that he really wanted him to have his car back.  He still quoted over $1,000 to release it –owner’s update

Ř         During the phone call of the 25th the owner of the company stated he would call back with exact charges.  We have received no phone call to date. –owner’s update

 

Ř         Tennessee State Senator, Susan Lynn representing the 57th District, covering Wilson and a portion of Sumner County, responded and will attend a lobby meeting.  More details regarding a meeting will be announced as more interest generates. –owner’s update
