I saw Ringo in concert in Vancouver B.C. If my memory serves me right, it was 1990. What a thrill for me, even if the wife was to young to appreciate the total joy of it all. Overall I'd have to say it was a super-terrific concert. I'd go to another one (in a heartbeat).........

I didn't realize Ringo played Moscow. What was the date? I attended one of his concerts with the All Starr Band. It was a free event under the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri on the Fourth of July (1994?). It was a huge outdoor celebration. R. was so energetic. He wore me out just watching him. I saw Ringo tour in the US in 1992. I have always loved the Beatles, but I went to that show because my favorite musician, Todd Rundgren, was playing guitar in that band. Joining them were Joe Walsh, Nils Lofgren, Tim Schmidt, and Burton Cummings. I hope o see Ringo again next month, in New Jersey.

I met Ringo on Tuesday, October 20, 1998 at the autograph signing at Tower Records in New York. He was very gracious, shaking hands with every one who asked, and responding to questions. My maternal grandparents immigrated to the US from Russia so I was particularly interested in Ringo's concerts in Russia. Thanks for your report!

Glad to see what the band is performing.., but somewhat disappointed that he didn't include "Don't Pass Me By" &/or "Oct. Garden", which he chose to perform on VH1's "Storytellers" broadcast. As most other fans would say, the only disappointment with the various ALL STARR BAND incantations was Ringo's reluctance to add different songs on a per tour basis. he's got a great catalogue of solo material to choose. How about "Oh My My", which I think Zak suggested to him at one time as an addition?!?
