Chineapple Palace is in Mourning

In the early evening of Saturday 19th June 1999, Ciderfex bassist Simon Hutton suffered a fatal heart attack. He had spent the day in the company of the rest of the band laying down some tracks at Absolute Music in West Drayton, but returned home early complaining of pain and thinking it was indigestion. By Sunday morning the awful news was filtering through to his friends. Our thoughts go out to Simon's family as we all come to terms with losing a truly good person. No words will ever do justice to what Simon gave to each of the people that he knew as all our experiences and observations will be personal to us and my words will therefore only hope to approximate what he meant for me. People have however, suggested that something should be posted and I wholeheartedly agree. Therefore I've searched through to find some photos that will remind us of the happier times spent squealing Iron Maiden in falseto tones, avoiding contact with pet sausages in foreign lands or just drinking far too much.

Charlie Mutton, Simon No-Beard you'll live forever in our memories

The usual entrance to Chineapple Palace has moved to here for the meantime.

The images below will be better layed out in a 800x600 screen resolution (minimum).
