On December 28th, 1991, it was held the Amnesty International 30th Anniversary Concert. David Gilmour was the musical director, and he got some of his friends and colleagues for the band. They backed Tom Jones and Spinal Tap. The lineup was: Most of them were known to David Gilmour (some were part of Pink Floyd live band; he had played with Jody Linscott in Deep End; and some others appear in Sam Brown solo albums, along with David).

On October 11th, 1992, there is another benefit event, at the Chelsea Arts Ball, with a stellar lineup, very close to Pink Floyd lineup:

Some guests appearing in the gig were Rick Wright & Nick Mason, plus Tom Jones, Hugh Cornwell (from The Stranglers), Mica Paris, Elvis Costello and others.

In March 1993, he was touring with 10CC:

Eric Stewart (vocals, guitar, keyboards)
Graham Gouldman (vocals, bass, guitar)
Rick Fenn (vocals, guitar, bass)
Stuart Tosh (vocals, percussion)
Stephen Piggott (keyboards)
Gary Wallis (drums)
They released a live album, recorded in Tokyo. I have two different editions (one as 1CD, the other as 2CDs, with several more songs). A fantastic live album.

Apart from touring with Pink Floyd, he has also been touring with Mike + The Mechanics during 1995 and 1996 (along with Tim Renwick). In 1995, Mike + The Mechanics make a new tour, although they had lost two members: Adrian Lee and Peter Van Hooke. The tour lasted until 1996. This was the live lineup:

In December 1997, Paul Carrack forms a live band to promote his album Beautiful world:
Paul Carrack (vocals, keyboards)
? (guitar)
Dave Bronze (bass)
Norman ? (keyboards)
Gary Wallis (drums)
Next tour by Mike + The Mechanics was in 1999, and Gary Wallis was there again: Albums with 10CC: Albums with Paul Carrack: About sessions, I've only found his name in a few albums:
