Rosie Hamlin joined the Originals in 1960 as their singer +++ In November of the same year, the group recorded Rosie's composition, "Angel Baby", which was released on HIGHLAND records and became their biggest hit in early 1961 +++ Owing to their success and through the intervention of Jackie Wilson, the group was then signed by BRUNSWICK records +++ The group's first release on BRUNSWICK, "Lonely blue nights" in March 1961, became their 2nd, however, also last chart success +++
