Leap Skyward consists of Jim Miller-vocals and percussion, Jerry Taylor-Drums, Bill O'neil-Guitar
and vocals, Mark Geers,Bass Guitar and vocals.  Band was formed in 1994. Leap Skyward has two
independent releases-self titled debut released in 1995 and "Shootin' for the Moon",released in 1997.   They are heading
back into the studio in January to record their new album-Meteor Maker.

The band is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and regularly performs in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Leap
Skyward was voted by the Cincinnati Enquirer as the city's best hard rock band. They took home
the Cammy Award on March 15, 1998 after serveral nominations, including "Best male vocalist" for
Jim Miller.

Leap Skyward has opened for Motley Crue, Reo Speedwagon, Great White, Foghat, Sponge, Pat
Travers, Robin Trower, Ronnie James Dio, Darlahood, The Nixons, Slaughter, LA Guns,  Paul
Rodgers, Firehouse, David T. Chastain, and last but not least ,one of the bands favorites, Jason
Bonham.

Leap Skyward works mostly independently (i.e., no management, booking agency, record label or
legal representation, but would be very interested in reducing their business work load to concentrate
more on song writing and performing. Leap Skyward is  currently doing midwest dates in support
of "Shootin' for the Moon". Headling or supporting large and small venue, expect a professional
rock show.
