Their payment plan will pay you as much as $1.00 per hour and up to $50.00 for just your surfing time. Their referral structure goes down five levels and uses a percentage payout system. DesktopDollars started on August 16. They have a pay structure down to six levels. Although their ad banner isn't our and they say it will be out when they reach the 500,000 member level.

UtopiAD.com pay down four levels. Their ad banner isn't out yet and they estimate it will be out by the end of August. One strong point is that their payment structure is based on a percnetage of their revenue. This should help protect them from promising more than they can deliver.
