What is Whatever? Whatever is an explosive high energy Christian Rock band that combines crunchy rythms with melodic melodies, and a visual performance that can make even the most complacent concert goer jump out of their seats. Whatever has been together since the summer of 1995, and consists of the original members. Whatever was founded by Bill Yost, Sean Ward, and Johnny Bomhardt. They then met Mike "Pickle" Evans, and formed a combination as powerful as mixing nitro, and glycerin. Whatever is a truly unique combination that combines so many styles into one. Take Bill's screaming vocals (Reminiscent of Michael Sweet), Sean Ward's crunching rythms (Reminiscent of George Lynch), Mike Evan's rippin' leads (Reminiscent of Yngwie Malmsteen), and Johnny Bomhardt's unbelievable jazz style drumming, and you get a sound guaranteed to breathe life into a style of music once thought to be dead, Rock and Roll.
Whatever has a mission, that mission is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through their music. Whatever chooses to use the talants that God has given them to further his kingdom, and glorify him. Whatever does this in a loving manner, and is never pushy, or overbearing. Whatever is not into cramming the Bible down anyones throat, just sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in God's love.
