I have not been to this show myself, but it was broadcast on german tv, so I figured I might as well write a review. This was the first show I saw with their new guitarist Charlotte. I must say..... it sucked! Not really becouse of the new member, more becouse of the sucky audience. there is no cool interaction between the band and the audience. This led to a very standard and boring show. I must say that the extra guitars are a welcome addition to the band. Songs like Angel Interceptor and Lose Control sound much more powerful. I think it might be even cooler when Charlotte starts doing background vocals. That really should give an extra dimention to the song material. For now she was just standing there, looking bored, just like the rest of the band.
It's just too bad they didn't have the time to do some older songs like Uncle Pat or Petrol. I am very curious how those songs will sound with the help of Charlotte. With her in the band Ash has become mature. No more cute little kiddies with their guitars. Ash is now a real BAND
