Born on July 8th, Richard Shoff began his singing/acting/drumming career on Kids Incorporated in 1987, and remained through 1989. His other credits include a guest spot on Highway To Heaven and The Wonder Years. Richie is from Arizona, where he attended college. He has two younger brothers, Roger and Robert.
