DMB BACK IN THE STUDIO!

Following up the success of the group's previous Before These Crowded Streets album, Dave Matthews Band is now in the process of recording of their fourth studio album.  DMB has been recording in a studio that they themselves have had constructed, located southwest of Charlottesville near the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Steve Lillywhite is once again producing for the band. As of mid-December Dave Matthews had written music for three new songs, including one described as "jumpy" (Rapunzel-esque) and another tune whose current lyrics and theme hold a similarity to "Don't Drink the Water."  There is also a country tune called Grace is Gone.  Although the band has postponed recording until after the summer tour, they plan to release the new album by Christmas.  Bartender, Grey Street, #40, JTR (John the Revelator), Raven, Sweet Up & Down, Grace is Gone, Captain (Crazy), and Diggin a Ditch are among songs that will be included on the new release.
