Pink Floyd is considered by many to be the premier space-rock band! Consisting of an original song writer-Syd Barrett who had experimented with too much L.S.D., and three architecture students: bass guitarist-Roger Waters, keyboardist-Richard Wright and drummer-Nick Mason, Pink Floyd became one of the greatest "art-rock" bands after the induction of guitarist-David Gilmour! David Gilmour helped Pink Floyd to become one of the greatest bands on earth! Most of the great songs by Pink Floyd were a coproduction of Roger Waters-a magnificent lyricist and David Gilmour! I have personally enjoyed the music of Pink Floyd for nearly 18 years; I was introduced to their epic work: The Dark Side Of The Moon by a friend while attending the university and majoring in Architecture; isn't that coincidental?
