't hof van commerce

Rap is only for American bands?? Wrong! Europe proved with Osdorp Posse (from Holland) and MC Solaar (from France) that they also have pretty good rappers in their local languages.
Belgium couldn't stay behind so in 1998 suddenly 2 bands got a lot of succes ABN (from Mechelen) who rap in Dutch and 't hof van commerce (from Izegem) who rap in their local dialect: West Flemish. This page is dedicated to the last one.
Rapping in West Flemish? how many people speak fleuntly West Flemish? not a lot, that's for sure, but most Flemsih people understand some of it. nevertheless they are very succesfull. their First single "Dommestik en Levrancier" was played a lot on Studio Brussel and scored high in de afrekening, a chart where you can vote on your 3 favorite songs. they succes was the same for the 2nd single "zonder niet" and play on various festivals such as Pukkelpop.
